紙卷運(yùn)輸鏈適用領(lǐng)域：造紙業(yè)。
紙卷運(yùn)輸鏈主要輸送紙卷，鏈條為頂板和鏈條焊接的結(jié)構(gòu)。為了確保鏈條和頂板的焊接平直度，我們采用了多工位自動(dòng)焊接的加工設(shè)備，對(duì)多個(gè)焊點(diǎn)同時(shí)焊接，降低了局部焊接時(shí)會(huì)產(chǎn)生的變形。頂板也采用了冷拉成型的工藝，使得頂板表面有較好的光潔度和平整度。在套筒和銷軸間加裝了SF1軸套，在銷軸兩端使用了專用的弧形外圈軸承，提高了鏈條的使用周期。
